How an Appointment booking works:

1. Choose  Your Experience:  Select your preferred type of visit and your favorite Appointment Santa to create your personalized Santa Experience.  If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out – that’s why were called “helpers.”
2. Share Your Ideas:  We’re all ears!  If you have any special requests or ideas to make your visit even more magical, let us know before your scheduled visit.  We’ll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
3. Arrival and Check-In:  Arrive at the C171, Santa Experience location and check in for your visit.
   
4. Join the Waiting Area:  Please note that you’ve booked an “arrival” time, not a specific “appointment” time.  There may be a wait (up to 30 minutes) as you get ready to see Santa.
5. Visit with Santa:  It’s time to enjoy a unique, safe, and private interaction with Santa.  Interactions with Santa varies, depending on factors like age, group size booked, and the flow of the visit.  Sometimes it’s a bit longer, sometimes a bit shorter.  Booking a 1-5 “kid” visit is up to five minutes with Santa.  Booking a 6-10 “kid” visit is up to 10 minutes with Santa.  Booking a 11-15 “kid” visit is up to 15 minutes with Santa.  Special Needs visits are up to ten minutes with Santa.  Contact us if you have questions for how much time you should book for your visit.
6. Capture the Moment:  After your in-person visit, our Santa helper will assist you in viewing photos and video of your Santa Experience.
   
7. Discover Christmas Merchandise:  Explore our store to find a variety of Christmas merchandise, including frames, snow globes, ornaments, keychains, and more.
   
8. Finalize Your Purchases:  Complete your purchases, and if there’s anything else we can do to ensure your experience was fun and positive, please let us know.  Your satisfaction is our priority.
