UPDATE REGARDING IN-PERSON VISITS WITH SANTA

Pursuant to the latest executive order 20-99 from the State of Minnesota. Effective Friday, November 20th at 11:59 PM, all indoor events and entertainment are closed. This includes The Santa Experience.  There will be no in-person visits for the rest of the season beginning November 21st.  The Santa Experience will continue offering virtual Santa visits throughout the season.  See details below.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR VIRTUAL VISIT WITH SANTA

The Virtual visits with Santa will be from the comfort of your home on the Zoom platform. Each “visit” and will be approximately the same length of an in-person visit with plenty of time to chat with Santa.  YOUR BOOKING IS MADE IN CENTRAL STANDARD TIME. WE ARE LOCATED IN MINNESOTA.

Virtual visits will be $30 prepaid at checkout (YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ZOOM LINK AND INSTRUCTIONS 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT) and will include a recording of your visit made into a fun Santa video with messages from Santa himself and it will be delivered to you digitally via Dropbox within 24 hours of your visit. Refunds available for visits cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Photography will not be part of your virtual Santa Experience, however, starting November 20th, you will be able to create your 2020 Santa Christmas photo on our website to keep your Santa photo tradition and commemorate the 2020 holiday season.

Please include any information (names, ages, special needs/requests) at the end of registration/checkout.  We will do everything we can to provide a memorable visit.
