The Santa Experience is by appointment only. Your appointment is in a time slot with other families so there may be a short wait (up to 15-30 minutes).

Please select a Santa from the menu, choose a convenient date and time slot to visit, then complete all required fields to book your appointment.

Please book just one appointment visit for your family and/or children to allow others the opportunity to visit Santa. Contact us if you plan to visit The Santa Experience more than once and we’ll gladly set that up for you. Additional, unapproved appointments will result in appointment cancellations.

The Santa Experience does allow you to record/photograph your visit in a designated area of the Santa room, but then will ask you make the minimum purchase of at least a photo in appreciation and respect of our service.

Directions for large groups or families = (more than 5 children), please book a second appointment in the same time slot (with your same name, number, email information, but with the remaining number of children) to allow adequate time for the experience. Example: Family of 7: Book one appt for “More Than 5”, then the second appt in the same time slot for “2”. Family of 12: Book one appt for “More Than 5”, another for “More Than 5” and then a third for “2” all in the same time slot. Need help? Just let us know!

Not finding a date or time that works for you? Due to extremely high demand we no longer manage and offer a “Wait List”. Check back often as cancellations most definitely occur – usually 24-48 hours prior to an appointment time. You can also visit one of our stores when you get to the mall to join our IN MALL WAIT LIST. We will call you to fill a last minute cancellation or “no show”. No guarantees!

  1. Choose a Santa and schedule your appointment.
  2. Arrive at your Santa Experience location and check in for your appointment.
  3. Join the waiting area. You are in a time slot with other families so there may be a short wait (up to 30 mins) It’s almost your turn to see Santa! Do you remember what you’re going to ask Santa for?
  4. Time to see Santa! Relax and enjoy a unique interaction and more private visit with Santa. Interacting with Santa is typically 3-5 minutes long depending on the age, number of kids and how the visit is going. Sometimes longer, sometimes less.
  5. We’ll show you the photos and video of your Santa visit that we make into a Santa movie.
  6. Choose from a variety of Christmas merchandise: Frames, snow globes, ornaments, keychains, etc. We’ll frame and assemble for you in store.
  7. Pay for your photos and merchandise.
  8. Merry Christmas and see you next year!
