HowTo get to Santa
- Drive to Mall of America, park in the East Parking ramp.
- Once you arrive, head northeast (take a right when entering the mall from the east ramp) towards the old Sears department store
- When you pass Build-a-Bear you are getting close. When you smell Cinnabon you are getting closer.
- Upon arrival at The Santa Experience, be sure to check in at the entrance for your appointment. Know that there may be a short. Be sure to review our COVID-19 guidelines on the Book Now page to come prepared.
- When it is your turn to visit Santa you will be escorted to Santa’s log cabin and will spend quality time with Santa. To to MN State mandates, Santa will be inside his cabin and visiting with families and children on the outside.
- Enjoy some playful banter, fun photo ops and video.
- After your Santa visit, a Santa helper will assist you in picking out your favorite photos and merchandise.
