The Santa Experience is a one-of-a-kind experience that is tailored specifically to your family’s and your children’s needs. The Santa Experience is a great way to get a jump-start on everyone’s “must-have” wish list for the holidays. Each visit is designed specifically for your family to ensure a personalized and intimate experience!
Where is The Santa Experience?
The Santa Experience takes place at the Mall of America in Minneapolis, Minnesota. More specifically, the Experience is held in two locations, which are E318 and S105. The E318 Experience is on the third floor, while the S105 Experience is on the first floor.
Wherever you choose to go for your Santa visit, you can look forward to a personalized visit in a great location. It’s easy to reach either store where you can visit Santa. Remember to check in at the entrance when you arrive for your visit so that we can ensure you can visit with Santa as soon as possible.
Regardless of where you go to see Santa, you will be in the Mall of America, so you can get all your holiday shopping done before you leave for the day. Our Santa stores are also stocked with holiday merchandise, so feel free to browse our selection of holiday items if you’re searching for a gift for that special someone.
What to Expect
First, you’ll start by choosing the kind of visit you want and your favorite Santa. You can schedule an appointment with Santa in person or online for convenience! If you have any questions, we are always here to help. Simply ask us what you want to know, and we will help you as best as we can! If you have any thoughts or ideas to improve your visit before arrival, let us know. Once you have made an appointment to visit Santa, just sit back and relax when you arrive, and Santa Allan will make you feel comfortable and at ease! This year, we have chosen to book 25 percent fewer visits to alleviate congestion.
See Santa Your Way
As part of our efforts to make you and your family as happy and comfortable as possible, we’re giving you the option of seeing Santa Allan in person or virtually. It’s just as easy to schedule a visit virtually as to see Santa in person. With a video visit, you will receive a unique Zoom link for the call, and you will wait in an online waiting room until your visit begins. As with a live Santa visit, your child can tell Santa Allan everything on their wish list!
Photos and videos will be taken during the visit to create lasting memories. They’ll be available right after an in-person visit and within 24 hours of an online visit with Santa Allan.

What is your favorite Christmas treat?
Were you ever involved in a high-stakes game of Chutes and Ladders where the last player has to eat a fruitcake with no expiration date? Santa Allan has, and it didn’t turn out too well for him or the fruitcake!
Santa Allan has learned to skip high stakes Chutes and Ladders and fruitcakes. He prefers to stay with cookies as a safe Christmas treat! That is until somebody invents the fruitcake cookie! That is definitely a HO HO NO!
What is your message to all?
Remember, the best way to get a Christmas puppy/kitten is to ask for a baby brother or sister!
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Santa Allan believes that it is truly enjoyable to witness and be part of the Circle of Life (Lion King):

Then, it starts all over again!
Then, there’s the chance for Santa Allan to meet the pets. Who doesn’t want to find out if a tarantula has been naughty or nice or if it has said grace before meals?
What makes a good SantaSanta Allan believes that a good Santa is one that brings the Sony PS5! YAY! Santa’s the BEST!
While having that PS5 hookup is truly epic and will make almost anybody’s Christmas, a good Santa is empathetic, a great listener, and remembers the love the Christmas holiday brings!
